1. All orders for Local Launch Leads are 100% Non-Refundable. Once an order is placed proprietary data and information is shared with the Client / User and no Returns or refunds will ever be accepted. Period. By Placing an order at Local Launch Leads, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these terms of service.
2. Local Launch Leads reserves the right to change any of its policies concerning returns / refunds without any notice to its clients whatsoever on an individual or entire client base basis at any time.
3. Local Launch Leads believes that it is the clients 100% responsibility to review Local Launch Leads products and services prior to placing any orders with Local Launch Leads.
4. Local Launch Leads Terms of Service is Non-negotiable and the no refunds / no returns policy further stated that there will NEVER be any reversal of any credit card charges and placement of an order with Local Launch Leads constitutes a complete and binding commitment to that fact. Any claims or chargebacks will be vigorously defended with these terms and conditions and ignorance of these Terms of Service will not be a defence for such actions. All charges or 100% Non Reversable and Final.
5. Local Launch Leads agrees to provide the services ordered within a timely manner, not to exceed 30 days from the date of order placement.
6. It is the customers responsibility to provide the computer environment necessary to use the software.
